  • @jessica91b17 I am also a bored eater and stressed eater. Although I don't always know when I am stressed. What I have been trying to do is keep healthy snack individually wrapped and with me at all times. Nuts in the car or pork rinds (I do keto) so no carbs or cheese etc.

  • Day 13 of keto. I have had a small relapse last week and it was totally my fault but I am down 12 pounds and overall find it very easy to follow.
  • I am 13 days in. I agree. Sometimes in the beginning beginning I struggled with the carbs but now I do pretty good. Last night the family had baked potato and I had cauliflower mashed. It is becoming second nature to make better choices. I do know that Thanksgiving will be a challenge but one I am ready for.
  • Absolutely @shubhangijain98. Okay so lets see I haven't done an actual workout since Day 34 I have walked steps everyday but have not been able to get to the pool and been getting in to late to do weights. Day 35 I did get over 10k steps as I walked at our local xmas show.

  • Day 34 ended up being steps. Lots and Lots of steps. I treated myself to a manicure because that was my reward at 10lbs and then the grocery store. By the time I got home it was 10pm. My bed time so needless to say weights will be tonight.

  • @canadjineh I agree. I am referring to more like mini meals. When I work a night which for me is 1 to 10 or 5 to 9 I snack more than eat a meal. I have picked up nuts (pecans), pork rinds, cheese, pepperoni and this aweso.e peanut butter made with coconut oil which is filling healthy and low carbs.
  • I had a relatively good weekend. Watch the last baseball tournament for my bonus son all weekend and still managed to make healthy eating choices. Didn't eat a lot yesterday and that was a bit of an issue but overall I did well.

  • All good options. I do keep and I dilated lunch box I can't have that in court and I think that was my problem yesterday. As for nuts. I thought is those but some have higher carbs so I try to e picky.
