Are there things you don't log?

Holidays & Cookies
There are delicious cookies upstairs where I work. I really want to eat some. I told myself, If you use the stairs you can have a cookie. Guess what....I don't want the cookie that bad. Not that I don't want the exercise, I just hate the stairs at work. Creepy stairways...yikes. So, I ate a pineapple lifesaver.

Scale problems.
Not happy with my scale. I always weigh myself twice to make sure it's correct. But my scale is giving me 2 different answers, by 1-1.5 pounds. UGH! Should I buy a new one? I just changed the batteries.

My favorite things
New me: Shrimp, fish, veggies, yogurt, smoothies Old me: Bread, pasta, bagels, candy, chocolate, cookies, anything sweet and full of carbs. I still love the old stuff, but keep my intake to a minimum. With the holidays here, it's getting harder and harder to not inhale the cookies and cakes available everywhere!

Better than tuna
I had a leftover seasoned and baked filet of tilapia from last nights dinner. Using 1-1 1/2 Tbs of light mayo, I chopped up the fish and stuffed an Arnold Pocket Thin till it almost split. Delicious!
