Good morning, I'm looking for good, easy smoothie recipes to make for breakfast. Thanks for all your help! :)

  • I drink this alot after workouts:

    Small banana
    1Cup Vanilla Unsweetened almond milk
    A tsp of almond butter
    A tbsp of flax
    Crushed Ice
    As much spinach as you can fit
    (I add some water to all this because I like mine thin.)

    I think it comes to only 150 cals. Tastes really good, and you can add berries/other fruit to suit your tastes. I just don't like fruit.

    I use 1 cup spinach, 1 cup milk, sm banana, chia seeds tbsp, flax seeds tsp, ice, (can add frozen berries or tbsp peanut butter too)

    ½ cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    3 tblsp Greek plain non-fat yogurt
    2 tblsp of PB2 Chocolate
    1 cup (unsweetened) Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 tblsp ground Chia Seeds
    1 to 2 thin slices of avocado


    This is my breakfast evvvvvery morning. I am addicted. It's right at 250 calories.

    I do a random combination of juicing and blending along with other health goodies (Chia seeds etc).
