Good morning. I recently found MFP and so far, very happy with the system. :)
I was on WW for years, lost a ton of weight, went through a lot of personal issues, gained it back and now....Remarried to the love of my life and ready to get ME back. I was, at one point down from a 28 to an 8. I didn't like me at that weight or size. I will be happy with getting in a 12/14. My highest weight in my life was 294, lowest 164. My goal, now, is to happy and healthy at around 185. B)

    That's where I want to be 185 pounds. I am also happily married, we just celebrated our 24 years of marriage this week. My husband is so supportive also. Of course, he really never understood my weight of 232 pounds. Neither did I, I just like to eat. But now I'm going to eat healthy. Learning this is almost fun. I joined a couple of months ago and have lost 22 pounds.
  • I'm starting today, found this MFP years ago and never used it. My health has gotten out of control. I'm taking my life back today. I see a dietian twice a week, I'm diabetic and have been since 2005 and this is life threating now. I want to be healthy and live to see grandson grow. So my dietian has put me on 50 carbs per meal and 15 per snack. So far it has been working.
