Old Habits/New Habits

Before starting with MFP, my morning breakfast consisted of Dunkin Donuts plain bagel toasted with butter and a double chocolate donut. And then whatever goodies were in the kitchen at work.
Now, I have a smoothie with either oatmeal or eggs.
But today, I really wanted something sweet from Dunkin. Instead of going back to old habits, I ordered 2 pumpkin munchkins, and enjoyed them.
Go ME!

That is awesome that you used self control and did not give in to those old habits.
However, you can have that double chocolate donut or that toasted bagel. I mean I will go to DD and get the double chocolate donut and a coffee. I could not do both that and a bagel. Well I could if I was skipping breakfast and just had both for lunch, but my point is if it fits then get your fave items.
A smoothie and eggs is probably the better choice for macros and to keep you full longer.

I am starting to see my body as hell and God fight for it, being in my obese zone I think hell was winning for 14 years, now I want to help God win and eat clean. Here I am eating crumbed chicken strips, Now don't know if this is healthy or not? Am I helping God or the enemy? ( I never used to eat much protein , this way seems to be a good way to eat it, it camouflages the chicken.). Body needs protein, for muscle right?0
