Better than tuna

I had a leftover seasoned and baked filet of tilapia from last nights dinner. Using 1-1 1/2 Tbs of light mayo, I chopped up the fish and stuffed an Arnold Pocket Thin till it almost split. Delicious!

    I've really started enjoying tilapia now that I'm counting calories. I usually pan sear it in a small amount of olive oil and then squeeze some lemon over it. Delish! The tuna substitute sounds great, too. Thanks for sharing.

    That sounds delicious. We don't actually eat tilapia much, I guess because I've never found a good way to make it?
