Too long ?
Today I covered 6.65 miles on a undulating trail walk in 1hr 45mins walking with the odd 30 sec jog here and there. Is this a good time to cover that distance I feel it was a bit slow. What's your thoughts on this ? What do you average ?

Weight loss = feeling poorly
Since October 2014 I have lost approx 11kg and I have never had so many episodes of feeling poorly. I have had Flu then a chest infection and now I have sickness and diarrhoea. Resistance before or after HIIT
Yo people first time poster but been following a while. As my title says is it best to do resistance/strength workout before or after a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session or do it on a different day to the HIIIT session . Any thoughts welcome.
