Am I lightly active or moderately active?
On the tdee calculator, the options are lightly active (exercise 1-3 days a week) or moderately active (exercise 3-5 days a week). So I exercise 3 days a week. What am I? I do body pump and Zumba back to back 2 days a week and Zumba on Saturday.

Quest Bars
I read somewhere on MFP that these were great and I ordered some of the double chocolate chunk on Amazon. I ate one after my first group class today and about 10 minutes into my second class, I had to leave due to stomach upset. It was awful. Needless to say, I will be giving these away. Crashing after workout
I have been super tired lately after my cardio workout to the point where I have to take a nap for an hour or two. I eat a banana and 2 boiled eggs about an hour before and a protein shake after. I normally do group fitness because the treadmill and elliptical bore me to tears but I can last longer on them with a good show. So I'm interested in some good shows! Currently, I'm watching Wentworth and I love it!

What do you listen to while working out? I listen to Howard Stern or some podcasts like Adam Carolla or Half Size Me. Just looking for other ideas. I do listen to music but find that the time goes by quicker with a podcast or Stern.

Accuracy of the Polar HRM with the chest strap
I did a cardio with weights class this morning and my HRM said I burned 437 calories for the hour. I immediately did a 3 mile walk after that and it said I burned 387 ?? Am I burning more calories from the walk because I just did that class right before? Are these things accurate?
