Vegetable help
I like to make a chicken breast for dinner with green peppers red peppers and onions on top in foil in the oven. I use about a quarter of each when I look up the calories it's alittle confusing on how many calories peppers are help!!

So I tried online WW for a min and I found myself still counting calories like I was using myfitnesspal sooo I'm back lol ready to start AGAIN! since I was here last I only lost a lb better than gaining anything I suppose
