Vegetable help

I like to make a chicken breast for dinner with green peppers red peppers and onions on top in foil in the oven. I use about a quarter of each when I look up the calories it's alittle confusing on how many calories peppers are help!!

Use the UDSA database and weigh it.0

Type in 'USDA green peppers' or 'USDA red peppers' into the search field. It cuts the number of results down, and the remainder are more reliable.0

The peppers will be different depending on the weight, you should be weighing what you eat then as stated above use usda entries.
Just as a side note, I'd eat the whole red and green pepper. Helps fill me up for fewer calories.0 -

this is the only answer as far as i'm concerned. otherwise you're just guessing. TBF the error rate is likely low since these foods are low in calories, but i don't see any reason to half-butt it.
