If you are trying to throw in a meal replacement shake like I am this is great if u work! I work in a factory 10 hr days and wanted to try doing the two shakes a day (breakfast and lunch) two snacks and a healthy dinner. I bought this because I must have an ice blended up in my shake. It works great I'm gonna stick it in my locker at work so no excuse!!

    No you have to plug it in. And yes I mean I like a lot of ice and no problem! I put powder about a cup and a half of water and a banana in there and not a problem
