Has anyone here made a binder or "menu" book? So thru can look up for breakfast to stay under 300 calories I can eat this this this ... And same for lunch, snacks, dinner, desserts..
I'm starting to make one I feel myfitness pal and that binder will help me better stay on my path and not over eat my calorie intake which at the moment is 1,300 and it's hard especially when I work 10 hours any suggestions on what I could or should do to help or add???

It's an interesting concept, I believe some recipe websites have a feature to search by calories like MyRecipes has a page full of things under such and such, and Calorie King has a calorie search function.

Someone might have a spreadsheet with their meal plans showing the calories of the meals as well as an easy way to search. I just usually know the calories of stuff I eat in the morning so I've never thought about it.

I use Pinterest and have a board for meals under 300 and one for under 500 I love it. Usually bEfore pinning a recipe I enter it into MFP recipe builder to compare calorie counts and make sure the recipe given has an accurate count.
