Has anyone here made a binder or "menu" book? So thru can look up for breakfast to stay under 300 calories I can eat this this this ... And same for lunch, snacks, dinner, desserts..
I'm starting to make one I feel myfitness pal and that binder will help me better stay on my path and not over eat my calorie intake which at the moment is 1,300 and it's hard especially when I work 10 hours any suggestions on what I could or should do to help or add???

This is a great idea! All I have really done is created boards on Pinterest that I refer back to a lot of times. My go to lunch is a black bean and corn quesadilla. With the adjustments I made it's about 310 calories https://dashingdish.com/recipe/10-minute-black-bean-corn-quesadillas/
Breakfasts I usually have a strawberry banana oatmeal smoothie 180ish calories. Or a whole wheat waffle with a light drizzle of honey and blackberries

I use a combination of pinterest, my favorite food blogs, and some cookbooks. I don't have a "menu" book per say - I sorta use MFP for that. However, I do take an hour out of my week (usually Sunday) and plan out my meals for the week. It isn't the most convenient way of doing things, but it is helpful.
