What is your favorite healthy eating recipe?
One of my favorite healthy & fast meals is a tortilla with spinach, deli meat, cheese, and spinach. I just microwave it to melt the cheese and eat up.

Working out and weight gain

Cold after exercise
About an hour after I finish my workout, I get freezing cold. I start shivering and it takes awhile to warm back up. Does anyone else have this problem?

Manic Monday
After a weekend in New York eating whatever I wanted (and drinking too). I am ready to get back on track. It is amazing how stressful a Monday can be after being out of town. Plus, eating fried food and carbs has me all out of whack. I don't think I have ever been this excited to eat better. How's your Monday going?

Valentine's Day
What is everyone doing for Valentine's Day? Are you pre-planning meals? Working out with a loved one? I'm cooking a "romantic" dinner at home. Flank steak, cauliflower mashed potatoes (for me), and sexy cooked carrots. Would love to go for a hike with my husband, but it supposed to be negative -10 degrees.

Fitness Apps
Other than MFP, are there any exercise apps that you use? I have a fitbit (uncharged, can't find the charger) and I used to use it all the time. I've also used Zombie Run and liked that. What's your favorite?
