Ok using MFP for a while now but still don’t really know if I’ve got the macros right I am trying to lose weight !! Well I have lost some ok I am 212 want to get to 195 as a bromiter Can any nutrition. based guru give me any idea on carbs fat and protein please

BMR Change
Hi guys ! On a graph showing my BMR it changes sa I lose or gain weight ! I can't get my head around this one as I thought Ines BMR remained the same ? Does this also Mean ones TDEE move up or down if they for instance gain weight

Measuring problems !!!!
Any advice on estimating foods ? This time of year if I'm out I always once or twice a week eat out but trying to second guess how much the food is ! No loss !!!
Scales today showed a 2lb increase ! Even though I've done all I did over the last four weeks where I lost each week did not expect a plateau this early on ! These are the instance where one want to give up!!!

Going to try mynetpro as I am finding it increasingly difficult to log food items with MFP it's so confusing and I any one food IE chicken breast there are umpteen options all giving DIFFERENT calorie options for the same weight of food ahhhh It seems much easier with mynetpro any thoughts before I depart

Protien
Guys in my macros ! Finding hard to get in all the Grams of Protien 170gms It's tough unless you eat two chick breasts got breakfast Lunch and dinner! Even then you won't make it so how is one going to reach that goal !! The fats and carbs are easy to reach ! Any thoughts

Exercise added on!!?
Hi what are members thoughts on eating back your exercise calories? Are MFP giving you your daily calories for Weight loss without eating back exercise cals for instance if the say I should consume 1700 to lose weight is that it ?? Or do I then add on my 300 cals from exercise to make my daily calories 2000?

Macros
Guys does anyone know how to set the daily macros IE Carbs, Protien, Fat, !! When I set it to say 30-40-30 but then when you go to the diary nutrition page it stays the same as it was before one set the goal !!! Weird!

I work out walk run 35- 40 mins five day a week mon -fri - I walk a minute and a half then incorporate 20- 30 second runs ! Ok guys my BMR is 1,806 my TDEE is 2,483 so what must I not drop under IE is it BMR ? And what must I drop in calorie deficit to lose a pound a week? Help would be appreciated thanks

MFP Correcr weights differing??
Hi guys !! Does anybody have the same weighing and logging in MFP IE a lot of items are in cups !! 1/2 cups etc some are even company foods IE Sodexo etc I find it difficult say when you have an item even say chicken and MFP doesn't do it in Grams I'm not sure that any of us can measure accurately ?? Right let's see who can help here! I've been doing ok with some nice walk running and lost some weight but now in have a knee injury which will keep me very very IDLE for a couple of days so how much should I drop my calorie intake by over this two - three day period to still see some weight loss
