Right let's see who can help here! I've been doing ok with some nice walk running and lost some weight but now in have a knee injury which will keep me very very IDLE for a couple of days so how much should I drop my calorie intake by over this two - three day period to still see some weight loss

Subtract 250/day.0

Use MFP, enter your current height & weight, weigh all your food and stay in the calorie range the app gives you. Same as always.0
-
Calorie deficit is for weight loss and exercise is for health. Whatever MFP has you set at, eat that amount.0
-
Change your MFP to activity level to sedentary include your height and weight, eat those calories and you will be good.0
