Hi guys I'm confused with how to track accurately ! There's so many options in one particular food i.e. Chicken breast for instance contributed is one number of calories then one gets 100 more cals for the same weight chicken breast from somewhere else it varies
So much and stops one from actually tracking right because you always will go for the lower one ??? Help
