Hi guys ! On a graph showing my BMR it changes sa I lose or gain weight ! I can't get my head around this one as I thought Ines BMR remained the same ? Does this also

A body weighing less requires fewer calories to exist, so your BMR does decrease as you lose weight.
TDEE depends on your energy expenditure beyond just existing - so it is dependent on your workouts and activity level and not just on weight.1 -
