high carb snack suggestions! !
Hi guys,~ Im trying to add to my high carb day tomorrow, so i've got 47 grams of carbs left to fill. Can anyone suggest a high carb snack that is very low or has no fat . im stumped lol

Fasted lifting..
I do all my workouts in the morning (5:30am) so I don't eat breakfast before I go & drink BCAA's while I do my workout. My question is do you find you lift better if you eat a meal/snacks before hand ? Or have you found fasted lifting to be beneficial in any way? :smile:

POLAR FT4 question?
My battery is dead on my polar ft4 and I can't seem to find a replacement , I red somewhere on their website that u can only get them from polar!? Can anyone tell me if this is true or do they sell them at the shops and what type? :/

Accurate chicken weight
If you had to pick the most accurate/on point entry on my fitness pal for COOKED chicken which would you pick? there are so many. I have been oven baking my chicken and think the entry ive been choosing is under estimating the calories :S

Can anyone shed some light on an accurate calorie amount for 100g of chicken breast (raw) . I see so many variations, 100cal per 100g , 110 cal per 100g, 130cal per 100g I always use Steggles chicken breast (australian brand) Why are they all so different :sweat:
