Hi guys, been using MFP for about a month now but only just gotten into the forum & loving it .
Currently doing a flexible diet and following Kayla Itsines 12 week guide (up to week 10) as well as adding in my own weight sessions.
Looking for my next program after I finish this, can anyone recommend any good ones?
