I was following P40/C40/F20 for a few weeks but now feet like altering. I want to shed this last bit of stubborn fat mainly on my stomach so I can get to my goal weight. I am doing weights, core exercises & hiit spread out across 6 days of the week.

I have changed my macros to P45/C30/F25. Im hoping that by lowering my carb intake it will make the weight loss a bit easier. Im not into the idea of cutting carbs completely as I think they're important.

So my question would be, would these macros be suitable, i've increased my protein intake and lowered carbs. I have read lots on the forums/websites but it can get quite confusing.

Any help? thanks

btw food diary is open

You will be fine. Marcos are pretty person, what is ideal for one person may not work for another
My macros are generally 50%F, 35%P and 15%C
