Chicken breast calories

Can anyone shed some light on an accurate calorie amount for 100g of chicken breast (raw) . I see so many variations, 100cal per 100g , 110 cal per 100g, 130cal per 100g

I always use Steggles chicken breast (australian brand)

Why are they all so different :sweat:

    I just scan the package... >.<

    I did , but it was coming up as something completely different lol .. glitch I think ..
