Hi guys,

I want to start carb cycling, i've read up on it but am having a bit of trouble figuring out how to go about it. Any helpful advice would be great please. These are my details:

age:26
female
current macros C25/P40/F35
daily calorie intake 1550

Lifting 5 days per week 50-60 minutes per session
2x 35 minute sessions of light cardio

Please help

What are your macros? Not % breakdown...

For carb cycling I keep protein and fats the same everyday. Low (non weight training) days are less 25% "normal" carbs. Add the carbs from low days on to a "high" day.

You could probably drop protein a little and bump up carbs.... If you wanted to?

I know some people who drop Fats on high days too, to allow room for more carbs.
