It gives you a higher cut off of your TDEE.
Since you're already struggling with the cut, I would slash it further.0 -

It means very aggressive. It's 25%. For people who don't have a lot to lose, 20% is the max recommended.
ETA - your ticker says you have a kg or two to lose, 15% is probably where you should be.0 -

my current is F57/P147/C91 - 1474 cals. Just thinking of bumping it up to 1500, so nothing major
im currently using creatine so my main concern would be weight gain.
Trial and error i guess

Youll initially gain water weight with creatine.
And adding 26 cals really won't help much in lowering hunger. That's some celery, like 150g worth0 -

Deficit such that your weight loss averages up to 1% of your body weight per week....

Karenhesse - with IIFYM in the beginning you want to eat as much as you can while losing weight so you should focus on a loss of 1-1 1/2 lb per week. Stay at those numbers until your weight loss stops then you lower your macros and start losing again. As you weight less your numbers will go down. Right now I'm on 1,800 calories per day and as I lose weight I will eating less.0
