had an awesome run on the treadmill 22 minutes straight at 4.2 (which is awesome for me) then as I'm walking out of the gym some guys were right behind me and one screamed "that ***'s grande!!" Made me feel so gross. Why do some guys have to be so crude?

Food/eating question
Does anyone else have a hard time eating enough calories? I'm aiming for 1800-1900 a day and sometimes it's really hard to hit that number. I already feel like I'm constantly eating. I weigh, measure and log everything so I'm as accurate as I can get.

What do you do on rest days?
im currently working out 6 days a week. 3 days of c25k and 3 days of strength training. Monday's are my day off but if I truly rest and take it easy I feel guilty. I know my body needs time to recoup but I have this fear that if I sit on the couch and rest I'll slowly get back into the mindset that I can do that everyday.

Why won't the scale budge?!?

Pace
I know I shouldn't be concerned with my speed but it's really annoying to me. I want to be faster. I've had to slow down in order to be able to complete the jogging intervals without having to do additional walk breaks. Just being impatient I guess. Is it just me or do others have this issue too?

I'm getting over a cold and haven't been to the gym all week. So my goal is to get there tonight, tomorrow morning and Sunday morning and get myself back on track.

Been sick all week and haven't been to the gym since Saturday. Cannot wait to get there tonight. Going from 5-6 days a week to sitting on the couch all week is driving me crazy. Always feel so much better after I go.

hi all! I've been using myfitnesspal for years now but this is my first time on the boards. I lost 45 pounds and unfortunately gained it back. Now I'm back on track to get that weight off plus an additional 35. Hopefully having some support will help me along.
