I was dreading this week but I did it! Had to slow my pace a little to get through the intervals but I did it and I feel awesome!

    I struggled with week 5 too - I ended up doing it twice, with the second time at 0.5kmph slower than my original pace. I'm now on week 7 day 3 tomorrow though! So excited about finishing the programme.

    I'm going to go through it again after but replacing walking intervals with my current slow jog and the run intervals with a slightly faster jog. This should hopefully get my pace up.

    Anyway, stick at it - you can do this :smile: so rewarding to tick the workouts off and see your progress

    Tomorrow I will be week7 day3 too. Today I decided to go for the 2.5miles instead of the run for 25 min and I freaking did it!!!! I'm not a runner, I am not fast, I'm still 50lbs over weight. Best app ever!!

    Thank you for the responses and for the motivation to keep going! I'm rather slow at this point but my goal is to be able to jog the whole 30 minutes....if I'm slow so what. Once I'm jogging consistently I can work on speed.
