Are there different kind of squats?
OK, I know this is a silly question but are there different kind of squat levels? The reason I ask is because I do bodypump so know how to squat in bodypump but then a few weeks ago my PT shown me how to deadlift in which you squat down and engage the hips/stick bum out etc so I've been practising this "engaging the hips"…

Healthy Lunch Ideas
I'm getting bored of my lunches at the minute which causes me to then snack on crap at work (i.e. crisps, chocolate) I normally have salads or sandwiches on wholemeal bread but I'm getting bored and sometimes are not very filling... Do you have any nice, filling lunch ideas? x

Protein,carbs & fat....
I often read that people do 40% protein 30% carbs or 30% fat or something like that....What foods do u eat that can increase your protein intake (apart from the obvious meat,fish) and what foods do u eat to lower ur carb and fat intake? and am really aching today but think I may have gone to heavy (for me) with the the weights and by mistake I did the deadlifts instead of squats :-( and I couldn't manage all the sets/reps, could this be because I went to heavy? Well...I didn't manage all of workout B today....
My legs are still tender from Monday and when I was trying to do the deadlift I felt my groin pull so had to stop.... How to people stick to lower carbs, I find it impossible...
Hi All I don't track my food via MFP as I follow weightwatchers but out of curiosity I've just completed yesterday's food diary on MFP and my goodness, was shocked to see all the carbs I ate, was 169g of carbs!! I was only shocked because I've read some people stick to 50g per day - how on earth do you do this!

Just done my first deadlift.....
and wow, what a great feeling it gives you!
