I'm getting bored of my lunches at the minute which causes me to then snack on crap at work (i.e. crisps, chocolate)

I normally have salads or sandwiches on wholemeal bread but I'm getting bored and sometimes are not very filling...

Do you have any nice, filling lunch ideas?

Cook enough dinner the night before to have leftovers for lunch the next day. That's what I do.

Add a new cheese like feta, a new seed/nut like sunflower seeds, and a new dressing to your salads. Try adding strawberries or apples with walnuts to sweeten it up and make for a crunchier salad.

I totally agree with this!! Lately my salad has been made with 2 cups spinach, a med sized pear, a couple strawberries and some mixed nuts.. and a nice dressing of course. I often have 3 boiled eggs for protein if I don't have something else already made.

A woman at my office make some pretty fantastic salads too with greens, avocado, pear, almonds, figs, goat cheese, all sorts of fun things. For my husband, I sliced up an apple over either lettuce or spinach with sliced almonds and shredded carrot, with dressing. I'm not saying salad is the only option... just saying it can be made to not be boring :)
