Does Insanity need to be done everyday for it to work?

I did my first Insanity class yesterday and will be doing it again, unfortunately I can only work out on my lunch hour 5 days week so up to now my routine looks like this:
Monday: Lower body workout & rowing machine
Tuesday: Bodypump
Weds: Upperbody workout & rowing machine
Thursday: Insanity Class (prior to Insanity I used to do Bodypump on this day too)
Friday: Lower body workout and rowing machine
Insanity classes are only on twice a week at my gym but my question is am I wasting my time doing it just once a week considering when following the DVD it has to be done almost everyday? I really enjoyed it too!!

Many people have successfully hybridized insanity workouts with other types of workouts like strength training. So i would say yes it does work. Will it work the same way? no. Because insanity is pure cardio and people tend to get different results from strength wirkouts than cardio(i.e. more fat loss than weight loss..)
On a side note it looks like you have got a great routine for yourself, and keep in mind the best exercise is the one you stick to0 -
