...... talk to another overweight person the way you talk to yourself? I see people call themselves horrible adjectives on here all the time, and can't imagine why they are so mean. Be nice to yourself, especially when joining a site like MFP and taking a giant step in the right direction towards better health.

I have lost 12 lbs, and I was just messing around with the different tabs in my profile, I came across the goals. It updated with my current weight (starting weight -12) and then adjusted my calories to my new lower weight. Something doesn't seem quite right with the calories burned calculation
If I walk 1 mile at 2.5 miles per hour I get 162 calories burned. But if I walk that same mile at 3 MPH the calculator says I only burn 150 calories. WHY on earth would I walk faster then?
