I have lost 32lbs and have improved my back a bit but I still have I don't know I guess you call it back fat, the curves towards my lower back. I know you can spot reduce, but what are somethings I can do to help build muscle and improve that area? You can see them in the pics.

I am trying to figure this all out! According to the Eat To Perform site, my BMR is 1428 and my TDEE is 2214.
