Crossfit, Calories, Weight Loss

I am trying to lose around 12 to 15lbs. I crossfit 5 days a week, do extra lifting outside of crossfit about 3 days a week, and do strongman 1 day a week, I usually have 2 rest days. I am trying to figure out my food, how many calories I should be consuming to not crash and to drop some weight. Rest days I am consuming around 1700cals and workout days I am trying to hit 2300cals or more. I am eating 95% clean, whole foods. My food is usually the same, it's easier for me that way with working, 3 kids, and everything else!!

Anything I should change? Add in, remove?

    Well I actually just increased my calories. Last week I decided to see if I was getting in enough calories, because I use to just eat strict paleo and it wasn't working, I was getting barely 1000cals a day. I just increased a few days ago, and I have dropped 2lbs, but that is probably just a fluck or something. I have been crossfiting for 2.5yrs, dropped 35lbs on strict paleo, got injured and put it all back on.
