I am going to visist my sis-in-law Saturday and she makes amazing food which will include tortillas made with Maseca corn flour and I am trying to figure out the cooked weight of one tortilla per the dry serving amount on the bag!

I love tortillas and gave them up to drop weight, so this is definitely a treat!!

1/4c or 30g dry

I haven't made tortillas since I started weighing my food so no specific help, but you can't drive yourself crazy with family dinners. You're allowed special treats from time to time and if should not dent your weekly deficit. I have lost 59 pounds while treating monthly dinners at mom's as a lost cause calorie-wise.

I also make my tortillas from scratch and they come out to about 100 cals each for a medium tortilla. I use just the maseca and water though. If she is frying them you'll need to account for that.
