feeling hungrier the day after workout
Hi, does anyone experience hungry pangs the day after workout? I realised that i do feel hungry easily the day after workout, is it just me? i could have ate a full breakfast then i am hungry again 2 hours later.. Thanks

the correct way to lower barbells after squats
Hi.. Anyone has any links or information on how to lower the barbell from the back when done with the squat? I increased the weights but had some difficultly lowering it down, i think my technique was wrong and i am afraid i will hurt my back Thanks!!

biceps - elbow joints hurting
Hi, Im doing the body pump class.. When i tried increasing the weights.. I always feel my elbow joints burn and it hurts after second set.. Anybody has such experiences? Is it something that i am doing wrong? Or simply the weights is too heavy? Thanks.
