Triseps (the flabby skin)

Hi everyone..

I have this bugging question about triseps...is it possible that the skin on the trisep be gone and the "butterfly skin" disappear.. no flabby under arm skin.. :D

Thanks.

strengthen the tricep muscle. Everyone concentrates on the bicep, yet the tricep makes up about 2 thirds of the upper arm!

To lose the flab, lose fat. Your skin will tighten up as time goes by but the final amount of tightening that happens varies by individual and is based on genetics, how long you were fat, how fat you were, etc.

To make your arms look nice once the fat is gone, strengthen your triceps via resistance training. Pushing exercises like bench press and dips are really good. Pushups are great too. There are a ton of possibilities.

Yes it is focus on strength training that area . Along with compound movements that target the triceps. Bench press and dips might be your best bet.
