biceps - elbow joints hurting

Hi,

Im doing the body pump class.. When i tried increasing the weights.. I always feel my elbow joints burn and it hurts after second set..

Anybody has such experiences? Is it something that i am doing wrong? Or simply the weights is too heavy?

    Could be a case of tennis elbow. I suffered through this and daily stretches really helped along with taking it easy for a short period. You can google what stretches to do but they are easy and seem effective. It's possible the weight is also too much. You should be able to do about 8-12 reps with the proper weight and then after a few weeks raise the weight a little. If you can crank out more reps than that then it's probably too light. If you can barely do 6-8 reps then the weight is probably too heavy. Just some guidelines for you.

    I had mysterious elbow pain that showed up during workouts, but turned out to be too much computer use. Especially bad on the elbow belonging to the clicking/tapping finger.
