easy to made lunches without touching the stove

Anyone has recipes or eat clean lunch recipes that is easy to make but do not need to cook on the stove? Cooked chicken as ingredient is ok.

Do you have a crockpot? There's so much you could make with it and you wouldn't need to touch a stove at all.
