Wedding bells
Im starting to get really anxious because Im just about 10 pounds from my goal weight and never in my 23 years have I focused on what it takes to actually maintain my weight. I was either always slowly gaining or for the last 2 years Ive been focusing on losing. My wedding is in October of 2017, so thats still a decent…

Activity watch
I currently have a fitbit blaze, but Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions for other activity watches? I do like the watch look and I absolutely love having a heart rate minitor included. Its always off with miles though, even when I connect it to the gps on my phone so that bothers me.

I guess I just need a little reassurance that Im not alone...
Im really good when I have a routine and when I plan my meals and workouts. Its when Im out of my routine that things get tricky for me. Even though I was on vacation and away from my typical routine for 2 weeks, I still mamaged to lose 6 pounds which Im so proud of. I am so motivated to get to my goal weight and I am so…

TODAY IS THE DAY~
I did it! I reached my first major goal :) I started this journey over 2 years ago at 272 pounds. Im 5'9 and was 21 when I changed my lifestyle. I had initially lost 102 pounds leaving me at 170 but had to have surgery which left me unable to workout for 4 weeks. I got into bad habits again and ended up gaining around 40…

Curious about adding calories.
Ive lost 110 pounds so far, so I have found what works for my body, but on days where Im super active or if I decide to add more to my workouts so that I can eat more, do I need to be adding more calories slowly as to not end up gaining? Ive been eating around 1200 calories, MFP has my calories at 1220, and I never go…

Shocked!
I was SO excited because I found the 365 crinkle cut fries at whole foods without salt and it said they were 110 calories for about 28 pieces (about 84 grams) Thank God I bought my food scale yesterday because I made about 30 pieces to weigh out and they were above 200 grams! Thats way more calories than I assumed! So so…

Food scale to the rescue~
I had no idea that this whole time I could have been undereating or overeating. I was naive enough to just go off package information and just measuring cups. Tonight, I made 2 eggs and since the package says 70 cals an egg and I add nothing (no salt or butter or milk) I assume its 140 cals and 100 grams. When I weighed…

Is my pill making me gain weight?
Wondering if anyone can give some advice or input.. Ive always had a 'dysfunctional period' (thats what the doctors call it). For as long as I can remember, Ive always had periods that last months. My doctors have put me on different birth controls (different pills and the depo shot) and they all work for a little while…

If I can do it, so can you :)
I started this journey in July of 2014, weighing in at 272 pounds at 5'9. I had always made bad food choices growing up, but it started to get REALLY bad and I was getting Mcdonalds evert single day, sometimes twice a day. I would get 2 hamburgers, 3 large fries, and a large coke. Along with that, I would have 3-4 other…

I am seriously backed up...
~ sorry but this is definitely a TMI post For the past like 2 months I have been unable to poop. I get so constipated to the point where my stomach is large and hard and just overall hurts. Ive been taking a probiotic, Ive been trying miralax, and I did try a laxative which worked but made me so sick that I really never…

Just curious if Im the only one...
I normally dont change my diet that much and I eat the same thing generally every day because I see week after week that I lose weight with my routine..I did though just change it because I wasnt getting enough protein and it was causing problems, but now the scale is increasing...is it just because Ive switched my diet?…

Please help
When I was working out this morning, my ears became pretty clogged. I was sweating a lot so I figured maybe the sweat got into my ears and caused it. After I was finished, I tried to clean my ears out but they remained clogged. It felt like I could only hear myself breathing. This has never happened before and they are…

Please help!
What is the best activity watch out there for workouts and tracking calories? I currently have a garmin vivoactive. I would love opinions because I've been thinking about the fitbit surge.

Incredibly disappointed in myself...
I was doing so well...I started at 272 and got down to 177 before heading to florida for a week for vacation. Normally, when I go on vacation I do splurge a little but I still workout and only go up like 5-7 pounds from sodium, water retention, and flying, but this time, I dont even want to weigh myself now that Im home. I…

Just needed to get this out
In less than a year, I had lost 102 pounds. I went from 272 to 170. For being 5'9 1/2 that weight wasn't horrible. Since then, I had surgery and gained back about 40 pounds, putting me at 208. I felt so miserable about myself. I hated myself for giving up and I hated myself for going back on my own promise (I had promised…

Looking for friends to help on this life long journey.
When I started my lifestyle change, I was at 272 pounds. For a 21 year old, that's a scary number to see on the scale. I knew I needed to change my horrible eating habits. Since the end of July 2014 I have lost 100 pounds. Today, I am up 5 pounds. I've been fluctuating a lot since I reached my first goal. But I'd love to…

Is anyone out there..
I've done pretty well with managing the amount of calories I eat; I was able to lose 100 pounds in a little less than 9 months just from completely changing my horrible lifestyle...I was a total binge eater for years. I would eat mcdonalds twice a day, probably about 2000 calories each time, and just continue to munch even…

A few questions...
Hi! So I've lost 100 pounds and I know I really need to start adding in more strength conditioning and lifting, but I'm clueless on where to start. I've always lifted a little, and did the lifting circuit machines at the gym, but that's it. Any advice would be appreciated! Does anyone know any type of activity bracelet…

Would love support.
Despite what my profile says, I've actually been on this diet for 8 months and have lost 100 pounds. I just currently need help and support with fighting the urge to binge eat and with understanding the nutritional part more.
