When I started my lifestyle change, I was at 272 pounds. For a 21 year old, that's a scary number to see on the scale. I knew I needed to change my horrible eating habits. Since the end of July 2014 I have lost 100 pounds. Today, I am up 5 pounds. I've been fluctuating a lot since I reached my first goal. But I'd love to be down to at least 160. I'm 5'9 so I think I'd be comfortable at that weight. I'll post some before and after pictures, but I'd love to meet people so we can help motivate each other and exchange helpful tips and such!
