I had no idea that this whole time I could have been undereating or overeating.
I was naive enough to just go off package information and just measuring cups.
Tonight, I made 2 eggs and since the package says 70 cals an egg and I add nothing (no salt or butter or milk) I assume its 140 cals and 100 grams. When I weighed it, assuming I weighed correctly (its my first time lol) it told me 2 eggs was just around 77 grams and under 140 cals.
So I got to add an extra egg, even though I also had to add 40 cals
Im loving this scale and would highly reccomend using one if you dont already.

Yes, I remember the first time I weighed out pasta, cereal and peanut butter and it was very eye opening.1
