Covid changed my taste, need ideas!
I caught covid back in December and my taste still isn't 100% back to normal and it makes it very hard to eat sometimes. However I can taste sweet things really well. What are some suggestions of foods/meals that have a sweetness to them while still being a healthy option?

Healthy meals for large family?
I'd love it if anyone could share some healthy recipes for a large family. We are a family of 8 (6 kids). I want us to all start eating better while still having delicious meals. I cook every night but I grew up learning to cook that southern comfort food so lots of fried crap, heavy sauces and gravy, meat and potatoes…

What's your favorite?
What are your favorite munchies? I do better just lightly grazing through the day so I would love to hear your favorites! One of mine is some cheeze with whole wheat crackers or raw broccoli with a bit of ranch.

Packed Lunches
What are your suggestions for a packed lunch. I'm in college and although my campus offers a large variety of foods, many of them healthy, it's a strain on my wallet. There is no microwave in the eating area either. So what are some great lunches that will be okay in a lunch box for 6 hours?

Beginner Routine?
Anyone have any examples of a beginner routine? I would prefer using free weights and would like excercises I can do at home or the gym. I plan to use the gym about 3 days a week and then do at home stuff 3 days a week.

Movies - What do you eat?
What do 6ou eat when you go to the movies? Do you bring your own snacks or do you just try to not over do it on the theater food? I go to the movies maybe like once or twice a year. Tonight my sister and I want to see Pitch Perfect 2 and I could certainly use a kid free evening. So what are your suggestions?

No worry weekends?
Have any of you had success with weight loss where you track your calories closely all week and then don't on the weekend? Im certainly not talking about going nuts and eating junk all weekend. Just sort of taking the weekend off from counting calories but still choosing healthy options.

Moving?
I decided to do a major job on my kids room. I have been at it about 2 hours now and still have another 2 hours of work. I've been moving very heavy furniture and moving almost non stop. I can feel my heart racing from all the work (feels good!). I looked up my cal burn through mfp for moving furniture for 1 hour and it…

Accepting the calorie burn
I keep struggling with accepting my calorie burn. When I log I always go with the lowest number. I use 3 different apps to calculate my calorie burn from excercise and use the low number. But I can't seem to convince my mind that it's real. I have lost 16 lbs so far yet I still feel like I'm not doing enough! I don't want…

How do I log excercise?

Cheat Day
For those that have a cheat day, how do you go about it? Do you still stay within your calorie range or do you go over? Do you feel like having a cheat day has helped or hindered you?

Struggling
I am struggling today to stick with eating healthy. I binge eat when I am stressed and there is a lot going on that is stressing me out. I want to eat and eat and nothing I do is taking it away. I've been drinking water all morning, keeping myself busy with cleaning and chasing after kids. Help!

Ah! 500 left!
I'm supposed to eat 1800 cals a day. I am stuffed from dinner but still have almost 500 cals left for the day! I ate a lot of food today but it was all in low calorie range. Should I try to eat something before bed or just let the cals carry over or just forget about them?

Hypothyroidism and Weight Loss
Is anyone else on a journey to lose weight while also dealing with hypothyroidism? I was diagnosed with this condition about 5 years ago and still have not gotten it under control. My doctor is rather worried about it. Where as the average patient takes (at least according to my doctor) 50-70 mcg of Levothyroxine daily, I…

Eating Excercise calories
What is the consensus on this? Do you eat them back, do you not? Does it depend on the type of excercise?
