What are your favorite munchies? I do better just lightly grazing through the day so I would love to hear your favorites!

One of mine is some cheeze with whole wheat crackers or raw broccoli with a bit of ranch.

A mixture of raw veggies (celery, carrots, snap peas, bell peppers, etc) and homemade hummus!

Dry cereal. One cup of it is usually around 160 calories, and if you buy fortified versions they can also provide you with quite a bit of vitamins and minerals. By eating it dry, calcium doesn't inhibit your body from absorbing a lot of these nutrients, and it can easily last me 30 minutes just mindlessly munching on it!

Frozen grapes, carrots/celery with hummus, a packet of oatmeal, mixed nuts, a 100% fruit smoothie, a yogurt, dried fruit, multi-grain tortilla chips with salsa, whole wheat crackers with a laughing cow cheese wedge, apple slices with peanut butter, cucumber slices with a small piece of cheese and a dot of mustard, a couple of pieces of lunch meat rolled around a cheese stick with some mustard, a small salad, a cup of vegetable soup. Usually I try to incorporate a serving of fruit or vegetables in my snack, and usually keep them below 150 calories.

Popcorn, baby carrots, goldfish crackers, string cheese, babybel cheese, jerky, fiber one bars, victory bars, pirate's booty......

I try to occasionally rotate to other veggies that are easy to grab too, but the carrots are cheap.
