Ah! 500 left!

I'm supposed to eat 1800 cals a day. I am stuffed from dinner but still have almost 500 cals left for the day! I ate a lot of food today but it was all in low calorie range. Should I try to eat something before bed or just let the cals carry over or just forget about them?

Forget about it, no need to stuff yourself tonight, you'll be ok with a low calorie day, just dont make it a habit0

I find that low-calorie days are usually followed by really hungry days, but even if it isn't, I wouldn't worry about it. You're not going to do damage or notice much of a difference from the occasional down day.0
