I really need some motivation of any kind because every day I'm binging, I somehow convince myself that I will start tomorrow and this is how I struggle for a long time :( I don't know what to do anymore. I need motivation to eat well and do some exercise

How do I calculate the meat if I m doing chicken soup? I mean I m eating the meat, but how do I weigh it if I can t get the bone out before cooking it?

I am currently doing Insanity and eating like 1800 calories, but do you think is it possible to lose weight if I eat things like sweets and snacks and not really all the healthy stuff but fitting everything into my calorie limit?

How do I log the calories if I cook with oil? Counting the calories from oil and adding them?

Problem
Sometimes after I wake up I feel like I can't breath normally and kind of dizzy. This morning I woke up really early and I couldn't fall asleep back just after eating something. I felt like not having enough air and I think I had a slow heart beat rate. Can someone tell me why? Thank you for any advice.
