Need advice

I really need some motivation of any kind because every day I'm binging, I somehow convince myself that I will start tomorrow and this is how I struggle for a long time :( I don't know what to do anymore. I need motivation to eat well and do some exercise

    I was in the same boat. Binging all the time. Saying I'll start Monday, blah blah. You don't need motivation. Maybe you aren't just ready yet. Once you have that epiphany, you won't be binging, and you'll say f*** it and you'll start your journey! Good luck. Fight the binging. Stay strong. One day, one meal at a time. Binge on veggies and fruit if you have to!!!

    Or. Start logging today. It won't be easier tomorrow so just make today the day you start your health and fitness journey. Log everything you eat, no matter what. Read the boards and see how others have done it. If they can, you can too.
