Okay so I weighed myself and I was 85 kgs. Then I, um, pooped, and immediately weighed myself again. 84.7 kgs. Can I really drop 0.3 kgs - that’s 2/3 of a pound! - just from pooping? Talk about a win!

How do I accurately calculate my daily calorie burn ?

Why didn’t my Fitbit recognize my exercise?
I have a Fitbit charge 3. This morning I did 30 mins of circuit training - my heart rate was definitely raised for at least part of the time! The Fitbit says I have zero mins of exercise.
