Anyone else tracking meals and trying to get GREEN all day?
I'm using an UP2, and the UP app. I love the way the app ranks the quality of meals, and I take it as a challenge to try to get in the green zone as much as possible. Anyone else doing this?

Economical Chia Seeds?
I keep reading about chia seeds, and thought I'd give them a try. UNTIL I saw the prices! Yowza. Also, so many varieties. The store where I found them charges $18-40 for a smallish pouch of seeds. What kind do you buy, and what do yours cost? Where do you buy your chia seeds?

How to account for marinade calories
I'm going to make a marinade for meat. Of course, I'll only actually be consuming a small portion of the marinade when I eat the meat. When adding an exercise, there's a place for "Weight per Set". If I lift 35 lbs x 10, do I input 35, or 350? Thanks

Which order? Weights and Yoga (newbie)
I'm planning to do a gentle chair yoga routine, and a beginner dumbbell routine, back-to-back today. Does it matter which order I do them in? If so, which should I do first? Both are from YouTube videos. I've done each of them a few times, but not on the same day. I'm a newbie, and using 3lb dumbbells.
