Question about adding strength exercises to MFP

When adding an exercise, there's a place for "Weight per Set". If I lift 35 lbs x 10, do I input 35, or 350? Thanks

Bump? Someone must know the answer!0

Whatever you like, but usually you'd put 35 there.0

It is meant to keep a record, usually that would be the weight used, not the cumulative of the number of reps with that weigh.0

Thank you both0

i usually keep a record of my lifts on a notepad in my gym bag. I dont think mfp is set up well to log weight lifting sets. I think bodybuilding.com has a way to log and track lifts. and you would log sets, reps and weights. Not by the total, unless you were tracking your total volume for the day.0

Thanks @SonyaCele. I just had my orientation at the gym today, and actually the machines track everything for me - which I didn't even know was possible until today. I thought it made sense to copy the log into MFP so everything's in one place, but it may not. I'll see how it goes. The log from FitLinxx gives a total of how many total pounds I moved, which is astonishing to me!0
