Struggling a bit, should i have a bigger lunch and breakfast?
I normally have coffee and a hardboiled egg if anything for breakfast, and will have some chicken with a vegetable for lunch. I can have 1200 calories per day, and will end up having 500-600 calories left for dinner, but by the time i get home i end up binging and eating way more than that. Would having a bigger lunch…

For faster progress, should I just count calories, or use Weight Watchers?
Im not expecting to lose everything within the first couple months, but just wondering which option ill have better success with. Paying for weight watchers isnt a problem, i just want faster progress.

Has anyone experienced their hard fat turn soft?
The fat on my stomach is a lot softer and squishy now. Ive kind of plateaued and haven't lost weight in a few weeks. I might be going crazy but my stomach feels a lot different, this is a good thing right?

My weight has plateaued for some time, and trying not to get discouraged, but I do need some
accountability. Feel free to add:)

Went over my daily calories this weekend, but didn't think It was that bad. Since then I gained 2
pounds, and haven't been able to get back to where I was before. Any advice?
-
Ive been staying at 1200 calories for a few weeks, but this weekend for my birthday, had around 1700
calories. I weighed myself this morning, and I gained 2 pounds. This is just water weight right? I don't want to ruin the progress I've made.

Ive been counting calories for two weeks now, but haven't lost any weight
I did Weight Watchers and lost 10 pounds, but switched to MFP so I don't have to keep paying. For the past two weeks, I haven't lost anything while staying at 1200 calories/day. I assumed I would at least lose water weight with the change in my routine. Ive been accurately measuring and weight everything, and Ive also been…

I lost 12 pounds, started a new Birth control, gained almost 6 back, and I can't get motivated again
When i lost the 12 pounds, the only way I could lose weight was if I felt hungry, and ate a really early dinner. My mood has dipped, and I can't figure out how to get motivated again to eat well.

Ive lost 12 pounds so far, and Im happy about that, but my legs look worse than they did before and
they are a lot more jiggly and cottage cheesy, and I have so much cellulite. Would toning my legs help with this, or are there certain exercises that would help?

Has anyone had success with Weight Watchers? How does it work?
Ive been just trying to do it on my own, but I have issues with sticking to eating well, so I think if i have a set plan, i will have better results.

Ive been working out around 5 days a week for a little over a month. Ive lost about 2 pounds, and
thought my body was looking a little better. I haven't gained any of my 2 pounds back, but my jeans are so much tighter. Is this muscle? If it is, will it be easier for me to lose the fat in these areas since Ive gained muscle there?

Are there certain machines at the gym to avoid for weight loss?
I know you can't spot reduce, but i've finally gotten into the habit of working out, and normally use the treadmill, elliptical, do weights for arms and legs, and ab workouts. My calves are really big, I used to play soccer, and an employee at the gym said the stair master, and walking on incline will make them bigger. I…

Would I be able to lose weight this way?
I have a difficult time eating well. I don't normally eat very unhealthy, but would I be able to lose weight if I for example, ate one slice of pizza for lunch, and something healthy for dinner, with working out? I was just wondering If I could eat what I want, but with small portions.
