Im having trouble getting back on track

I usually start my day off fine, but by lunch it all goes downhill. Any advice? Also would love an accountability parter!

    You do need to start logging all your food at MFP in order to know your baseline.
    I checked your MFP diary. It is empty. You are not logging at all
    Buy yourself a food scale, weigh everything you ingest and log it at MFP. Make sure you are eating at a deficit ( calories ingested lower than calories burned).
    Another suggestion. Use "losing 0.5 lbs per week" when defining your weight loss target at MFP. Higher weight loss per week translates unto lower daily calories target and unsatisfied hunger.
